Receptionist – Sanatorium Complex, Ireland

Main Tasks and Duties:

• Meet and greet guests and residents
• Handle and forward electronic inquiries
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail both manually and electronically
• Send and receive messages
• Perform basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Friendly, attentive, and responsible person
• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Great interpersonal skills, outgoing, reliable, and confident
• Proficient in spoken English
• Training will be provided
