Main Tasks and Duties:
- Meet and greet guests and residents
- Handle and forward electronic inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail both manually and electronically
- Send and receive messages
- Perform basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Friendly, attentive, and responsible person
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Great interpersonal skills, outgoing, reliable, and confident
- Proficient in spoken English
- Training will be provided
