1. When you register a new phone number to ussd

1. Download the uba mobile app from the Apple store or Google Playstore
2. Open the Uba mobile app on your mobile phone

5. You’d see an optino to ‘Create/Reset Transfer PIN’

How to Create Transfer PIN for UBA Internet Banking

These instructions below would guide you to setup your transfer pin if you predominantly us internet banking.

1. Login to your uba internet banking account.
2. Click on the Settings tab
3. You’d see a ‘Create/Reset Transfer PIN’ option
4. Click on it and follow the instructions

1. Don’t use the same number throughout.
2. Don’t use public information e.g your date of birth, date of graudation, date of marriage, etc
3. Alternate your transfer pin and don’t use the same pin for all your apps.
4. Use a PIN that you can easily remember or have it saved in a secure password manager

How can I create uba transfer pin without an atm card or debit card?

You need the last four digits of your card number. It’s necessary to authenticate that you’re the one trying to reset or create your transfer pin. Do well to visit your nearest bank branch to get a debit card
